You may be liable for a fine for absconding which starts at AED 50 for everyday you overstay and AED3200 for more than 5 days. It is a criminal offense and you could be arrested by police if not clearly communicated by your agent. You could also be blacklisted from entering the UAE again if you did not pay the overstaying fine.

We recommend applying within a maximum of 30 days prior to arrival in UAE. This will give you enough room for any changes you may require as the visa is only valid for 58 days once issued.

Yes, your UAE (Dubai) tourist visa can be extended twice for 30 days. The additional cost for this visa extension is R5500 and can be done from within the country. You are allowed to extend it once for a maximum of 120 days.
The Dubai golden visa offers long term residency visas. The new system was introduced in 2019 that enables foreign nationals to live, work and study in Dubai without the need of a national sponsor and with 100% ownership of their business. The golden visas are issued for 5 or 10 years and renewed automatically. We do not issue these visas unfortunately.
We are restricted to only applying for Southern African countries that include South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. Some of these countries will require additional documentation.
There is a daily fine of AED 50 for each day over payable at the airport immigration excluding a AED 300 exit pass required to leave the country. There is no buffer before incurring an overstay and after 5 days overstay has passed there is a AED 3200 absconding fine by sponsor as well. If you overstay for any reason is it better to contact the sponsor to pay the fine on your behalf so that you not have to pay extra for the exit pass fine.
