1. Cancellation Before Visa Application Submission

If you decide to cancel your Dubai visa application before we submit your documents to the UAE authorities, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative fees.

  • Refund Amount: 100% of the service fee will be refunded.
  • How to Cancel: Simply contact our customer support team via email or phone within 60 minutes of submitting your request. Once we receive your cancellation request, we will process the refund promptly only if we did not submit the application.

2. Cancellation After Visa Application Submission

Once your visa application has been submitted to the UAE authorities, cancellations cannot be processed, as the visa application is already in progress or has been forwarded to the relevant government department.

  • No Refund: In this case, no refunds will be provided, as the visa application has been initiated, and the processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Visa Denial: If your visa application is denied after submission, we can assist with reapplying (if applicable) but no refunds will be issued for the original application fee.

3. Cancellation After Visa Approval

Once your Dubai visa has been approved and issued, it is no longer possible to cancel or refund the application. At this stage, the visa is considered a valid travel document, and cancellation is not permitted under any circumstances.

  • No Refund: After visa approval, all fees paid are non-refundable.
  • Visa Validity: Please ensure that all travel plans are confirmed before applying for your visa to avoid any inconvenience.

4. Special Circumstances
