When you submit a visa application, contact form, or enquiry, we collect the personal information you provide — including your name, contact details, passport information, travel documents, and photographs — solely for the purpose of processing your UAE visa application.
Uploaded Documents & Media
Documents and photographs you upload (passport copies, photographs, flight and hotel confirmations) are stored securely and used only for your visa application. Please be aware that image files can contain embedded location data (EXIF data); we recommend removing this if you do not wish it to be included.

Embedded Content & Third Parties
We use trusted third-party services for payment processing (Peach Payments) and email delivery. These providers process your data only as needed to deliver their service and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Data Sharing & POPI Act Compliance
We share your application data only with UAE immigration authorities as required to process your visa, and with our payment processor to complete transactions. We do not sell your personal information, and we only share it with a third-party travel partner for optional experiences (such as a desert safari or airport transfer) when you explicitly opt in and request a quote — in that case, we share only your name, phone number and email address with that named, vetted partner for the purpose of contacting you about your request. We process all personal information in accordance with South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Data Retention
We retain your application data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, and to comply with our legal and recordkeeping obligations.
Your Rights
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or request that it be corrected or deleted, by contacting us directly — except for information we are legally required to retain.
